Jasmine Davis-Tell
Jasmine is an Emmy-nominated Producer & Casting Director with extensive experience across major networks, streamers, and digital platforms. She has spent over a decade making television magic for some of the most recognizable names in entertainment. From Nickelodeon to Netflix, she has built a career discovering fresh faces, booking A-list talent, and keeping productions running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Most recently, Jasmine served as Director of Talent, Casting & Creator Partnerships at Nickelodeon, where she helped shape creator strategy by aligning top influencers and emerging voices with high-profile projects, events, award shows, and campaigns. She also cast kids for unscripted projects and to feature across the network, showcasing fresh young voices and stories.
She also played a key role in the Nick News host refresh, helping shape the casting strategy that led to the show’s first “Outstanding Host Emmy” nomination in its 33-year history. Before that, at MTV, she brought unscripted shows to life by scouting rising stars, and at ITV America, she produced casting for some of TV’s most bingeable reality series. Over the years, she has booked everyone from celebrities to everyday people - casting hosts, actors, creators, contestants, and unscripted talent.
Jasmine believes storytelling is at its most powerful when it’s inclusive, a belief that has guided her career from day one. Whether working with major networks or scouting emerging voices, she is passionate about expanding what audiences see and feel on screen. By cultivating relationships with executives and agencies, she has championed diverse pipelines and opened doors for underrepresented talent, making every project not just entertaining, but impactful.
Outside of the industry, Jasmine is proud to wear many hats: wife, mom, and community leader. A Cleveland native now based in Los Angeles, she stays connected to her roots while pouring into her South LA community through church, youth outreach, and local organizations. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
